Data controller
The data controller is Paolo Collini, who can be contacted at info@paolocollini.it.
Data processed and purposes
This website is a showcase presenting Paolo Collini’s artistic activity. It does not voluntarily collect personal data from visitors: there are no contact forms, registration systems or tracking tools.
Two types of personal data are however processed indirectly.
1. Server access logs. The hosting server automatically records, for security and technical diagnostics purposes, some navigation data (IP address, date and time of the request, requested page, browser user agent). These logs are managed by the hosting provider and stored for the time strictly necessary, in any case no longer than thirty days. The legal basis is the legitimate interest of the controller (Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR) to ensure the security of the website.
2. Email communications. If you choose to write to info@paolocollini.it, the personal data contained in the message (name, email address, content) is processed for the sole purpose of responding to the communication. The legal basis is the execution of pre-contractual measures at your request (Art. 6(1)(b) GDPR). Data is kept for the time necessary to handle the correspondence.
Recipients
Data is not disclosed or transferred to third parties, except for the hosting provider (as external data processor pursuant to Art. 28 GDPR) limited to the management of technical logs.
Transfers outside the EU
No data is transferred outside the European Union.
Your rights
You can exercise at any time the rights granted by Articles 15-22 GDPR: access to your personal data, correction of inaccurate data, erasure (right to be forgotten), restriction of processing, data portability, objection to processing.
To exercise these rights, please write to info@paolocollini.it.
You also have the right to lodge a complaint with the Italian Data Protection Authority (garanteprivacy.it).
