Biography
Paolo Collini’s artistic activity begins with his first solo exhibition in Milan in 1970. It is in the city where he was born in 1950 that he starts his relationship with the world of art, moving since his beginnings within the universe of the symbolic and the surreal.
After his formative period of investigating metaphysical painting and the visions of the surrealist masters, his research moves towards a dreamlike, naturalistic vision fueled by romantic suggestions that conceal metamorphoses and enigmas revealing inner worlds (…)
